- Instructions for Ordering:
Wholesalers & Retailers (click on WHOLESALE PRICE BUTTON), Institutions (click on the INSTITUTIONAL PRICE BUTTON) must click on the appropriate button to receive discounted pricing. Upon checkout, in the Buyer's Comments Section, please include Full Company Name and Taxpayer EIN or Merchant I.D. Number or Vendor's Number or Nonprofit Status.
- Purchase Orders:
At this time, we are unable to receive Purchase Orders or offer invoicing. If a company wants to pay by check, Kingdom Builders will fax, e-mail, or mail an order form. Items will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Request an order form on the Contact page by e-mail, fax, or phone.
